We are looking for a highly motivated individual to work with the TeamAutomation staff members as an administrative assistant.
In this position, you will be responsible for the management of phone calls and other tasks for members of the team. In addition, you will also act as a liaison between customers and associates of TeamAutomation
Key Tasks Include:
- Make and receive phone calls
- Blog Entries
- Accounting Organization
- Data Entries/Clean Up
- Web Research
Interested parties should demonstrate:
- High Communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Organizational skills
- High problem solving skills
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office and other software products
- Desire to help
As an administrative assistant, you will be working with products such as Microsoft Office, SugarCRM, Fonality, and various other tools. Most training will be self-directed, but any questions will be answered as well as training videos.
You must be able to prioritize and multi-task. These abilities are crucial to succeeding in this position.
