Customer Support Technician
We are looking for motivated individuals who will represent TeamAutomation as a CRM Support Technician.
Knowledge of at least one of the following CRM systems is required.
(GoldMine, RedHorse, Microsoft MSCRM, TeamScope CRM, Zoho CRM, vTiger CRM, Nimble etc.)
The position and skills needed also include:
Database Knowledge: Your experience should include maintenance of, or developing MSSQL scripted applications with an understanding of relational table concepts.You should have an interest or prior experience using HTML. ASP and SQL by developing database-driven websites. Internet search engine optimization a plus.
PHP/MySQL Knowledge: You will need to be familiar with the maintenance of systems created using PHP/MySQL such as SugarCRM.
You will need to be independent and self driven to excel
