We use Zoho Assist  in order to operate your computer as if we were sitting at your desk.

Once the application launches it may download a security signature and ask for your permission to do so.  You must allow the security piece to download each time as this is a protection for you.  Each Support Assist session requires a security signature in order to prevent others from accessing this session and/or your computer.

NOTE: Once our support session has ended, the security code is totally invalid and non-usable.  It is gone once you have rebooted.  This code is non-reusable even 1 minute later!
